Welcome to a space where breath becomes your medicine, your guide, and your return to self. At The Sacred Barn Studio in Markdale, and through mobile offerings brought to you, I offer transformative breathwork sessions that invite healing, expansion, and connection—whether you come alone, with a partner, or in a group.

What Is Breathwork?

Breathwork is an intentional practice of conscious breathing that activates the body's natural healing systems. By harnessing the breath, we release stuck energy, clear emotional blockages, reduce stress, and tap into a deeper sense of clarity, peace, and embodiment. It's a somatic journey home to yourself—safe, powerful, and deeply restorative.

Private 1:1 Breathwork Sessions

These sessions are tailored just for you. We work together to support your personal healing goals—whether you're navigating grief, seeking clarity, regulating your nervous system, or simply craving a deeper connection to your body and inner wisdom. Each session includes intention setting, guided breath practices, and integration support.

Available at The Sacred Barn or as a mobile session in your space.

Couples Breathwork Sessions

Explore breath as a bridge between you and your partner. Whether you’re in a romantic partnership or deepening any meaningful relationship, couples breathwork helps cultivate presence, communication, intimacy, and energetic alignment. These sessions offer a shared experience that gently opens the heart and fosters connection.

Held in the sacred stillness of the Barn or brought to the comfort of your home.

Group Breathwork Circles

Group sessions offer a powerful way to heal in community. Together, we co-regulate, release, and rise. These guided circles combine breathwork, music, and somatic cues to allow participants to move through emotional layers while feeling held and witnessed. Group sessions are especially potent for team building, women's circles, community gatherings, and milestone celebrations.

Offered monthly at The Sacred Barn and available for mobile gatherings, corporate events, bachelorettes, and retreats.

Mobile Breathwork Offerings

Want to bring breathwork to your space? I offer fully mobile sessions for private, couple, or group experiences. Whether you’re hosting a private gathering, wellness retreat, or corporate wellness event, I bring all required elements—music, mats, props, and presence—to create a sacred container wherever you are.

The Sacred Barn Experience

Located in the peaceful countryside of Markdale, The Sacred Barn is a space designed to support soul-deep healing. Surrounded by nature and grounded in intentionality, the barn holds a frequency of rest, truth, and transformation. Sessions may include optional nature walks, contrast therapy (cold exposure and heat), reiki, and psychedelic therapy.

As certified breath and cold instructors and coaches, we can safely guide you to control your body and mind through proper breathing techniques, and learn how to apply breathing skills through your day-to-day life stressors.

Breathwork sessions are 60 minutes, and include:

  • Body Scan

  • Intention Setting/Releasing

  • Visualization Practice

  • Guided Meditation with Breath

You’ll have the power of healing in community and share the Sacred Barn space as part of a guided group. Our facilitators will give you their complete guidance and support f’or the duration of your session.

People Always Ask…

Do I really need a coach to practice breathing?

The short answer: yes! When was the last time you consciously focused and connected with your breath, and your breath alone? Really connected and felt your breath move in and out of your body? 

Yoga breathing is a start, but you’re also practicing yoga at the same time. Meditation is fantastic, but you’re usually listening or being guided through meditation. Talk therapy can be helpful, but nothing gives you immediate release quite like breathwork. 

Breathing well and deeply is vital to life, and plays a huge role in our nervous system and immunology. Breathwork is a beautiful opening and priming of your nervous system in preparation for the ice, and it’s equally powerful as a separate practice. Breathwork can release stress hormones from the body, reset your nervous system and boost your overall physical and mental health.

Breathwork can clear years of trauma and pain in the body. We often don’t know how to energetically let go of “stuff” in the body. This can be childhood trauma, adult trauma, grief, PTSD, physical injury, and so many other things. If we don’t allow our body to surrender and let go of this stored negative energy, it can and will arise in other ways like dis-ease, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, weight gain/loss, and more.

The breathwork that we guide people through can clear years of stagnation. Yes, just by using your breath. It’s that powerful.
